Central Railway Mazdur Sangh (CRMS)  members of Solpaur branch came forward to oppose the government decision of privatization of railways and put various demands before the govt. on Saturday and Sunday ,said press release issued by the Divisional secretary Ulhas Bagewadi.

As a part of the protest all the member employees of the said sangh tied the “Black Band” on their arms while discharging  their duties.

It further demanded that  Government should immediately stop the privatization of Railway stations, tracks, workshops etc ii)labour laws should not be changed iii) Old pension scheme should be implemented iv) Govt.Should revoke the decision of  cancelation of   50% vacancies v)Long pending demands of employees should be considered immediately.

Speaking with laturreporter.in Ulhas Bagewadi said that response from all the sangh members was very good I thank  our chairman Mr.Kishor Pille,Mr.Shravan Chityalkar,Mr. Shirish Sardeshmukh Mr.Subhash Pandhare ,Mr.Datta Saibod  and all the members for making this  protest a success.

Divisional Secretary of National Railway Mazdur Union (NRMU) Jacob Saji informed that  we have submitted memorandum to the concern authority against privatization and staged protest at divisional level.
