In the ongoing Parliamentary session, the Union Minister for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy's statement on the Tablighi Jamaat was deeply expressed by the National General Secretary of All India Imams Council, Mufti Hanif Ahrar Supolovi. As the Aurangabad bench of the Mumbai High Court has said in its own judgment that  *the Corona virus has not spread in the Country due to the Delhi Nizamuddin Center or members of the Tablighi Jamaat*,  yet the Union Minister, making such a statement in Parliament is highly condemnable & is an insult to Democracy and Constitution. He said, Corona in Nizamuddin spread from the center of Delhi in the country due to which the Delhi Police had arrested hundreds of people from the Centre and people belonging to Tablighi Jamaat were  arrested from other states also but, later they were honorably acquitted and all the charges against them were dropped.

 In such a situation, this statement of the Home Minister is reprehensible and it has been made to promote Hindu-Muslim hatred.

*The All India Imams Council strongly condemns such irresponsible rhetoric statement and calls it an attack on Muslims by misusing the name of Jamaat*.

  Mufti Hanif Ahrar Supalvi, General Secretary, All India Imams Council said, that the Union Minister's statement was based on the anti-Muslim sentiments of the Bharatiya Janata Party, which is active on the cue of the RSS.

 All India Imams Council General Secretary, Mufti Ahrar Supalvi said, that the Union Minister for Home Affairs should have read the judgments of the High Court on the people of Tablighi Jamaat, who were honorably acquitted by various Courts of the country before making a statement in the Rajya Sabha.

 But with this statement, it seems that the ruling party has taken the initiative to defame Muslims and is just looking for an opportunity to again flame Anti Muslim Sentiments in the Country. 

 Therefore,  *All India Imams Council demands from the Courts that such statements be immediately quashed and G. Kishan Reddy responsible for it be strictly tried under the  Law and also, he should apologize to Muslims and the Nation*
