 *Gang of habitual criminals deported from Latur district, Superintendent of Police Somay Munde issued deportation orders*

          The brief information about this is as follows. Deportation action has been taken against the habitual known criminals who commit repeated crimes and live in gangs within the limits of Udgir Rural Police Station.


             In order to maintain peace in the district on the occasion of the upcoming festivals and to prevent any illegal activity from the criminals, the criminals of the gang who have repeatedly committed serious crimes within the limits of Udgir Rural Police Station have been deported for one year.


Among them the gang leader 1) Om Prakash Tulshiram Yale, aged 26 years

  members of his gang

 2) Omkar Yogiraj Biradar, aged 24 years

 3) Mahadev Baburao Hassanabade, aged 22 years, all resident of Pandharpur, Taluka Devani District Latur.

           It is mentioned that in accordance with the upcoming festivals and upcoming Municipal Corporation and Zilla Parishad elections, action has been taken against them as per Section 55 of the Maharashtra Police Act 1951 on 31/03/2023 by the Superintendent of Police Somay Munde.  Since the said habitual known criminals have been deported for one year from four districts namely Latur, Nanded, Osmanabad and Parbhani.  Udgir Rural Police is in the process of taking the deported mentioned criminals out of the deportation area.


                           Through this action,  gang of three members habitual known criminals have been expelled from the district by attacking the known criminals and nuisance people, and other criminals have suffered a lot.
